Lectureship in HRM
Salary Scale: Grade 7a £32,267 - £37,382
Keele Management School wishes to appoint a research active academic holding a PhD in a relevant discipline (or within 4 months of completion) and is particularly interested to hear from someone focused in their research on industrial relations, employment policy and equalities, ideally in the international context. We would expect the appointed person to be able to teach across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules in HRM and industrial relations. A track record in the delivery of post-experience teaching in industrial relations and HRM would be desirable.
The person appointed will work with colleagues in the Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations teaching group in the School to contribute to the delivery of teaching in HRM, industrial relations, and cognate management subjects. They will be expected to fully engage with the School's internationalisation and enterprise engagement agendas. The School is committed to an interdisciplinary outlook on the management disciplines, in both teaching and research.

Employer Perceptions & the impact of Employment Regulation
The Department for Business Innovation & Skills (BIS) has published a new report in its Employment Relations Research series:
Employer Perceptions and the Impact of Employment Regulation. This report was carried out on behalf of BIS by researchers from TNS/BMRB and Kingston University. A total of 40 businesses took part and were interviewed over the spring and summer of 2012.
